Approach

I am a trauma-informed therapist with a background in psychosexual therapy, sexual violence, and social work. My practice was created for those who may have felt too much, too complex, too ashamed or too misunderstood for traditional therapeutic spaces.

Alongside private practice, I have worked within specialist services supporting survivors, individuals navigating complex trauma, and those experiencing difficulties relating to intimacy, identity, relationships and emotional safety. 

My work is grounded in warmth, collaboration and thoughtful clinical care, with a strong commitment to anti-oppressive and inclusive practice.

I am LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent and sex work affirmative, and recognise the impact that stigma, marginalisation, masking and shame can have on emotional wellbeing and access to support. I aim to offer a safe space where clients are able to explore personal experiences without fear of judgement.

My approach is integrative and relational, drawing from psychotherapeutic and psychosexual frameworks to support deeper understanding, emotional regulation and meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable for you.
